- Researchers should note that only protocols prepared on the HREC template bearing the OOUTH logo is acceptable.
- Only electronic receipts of payment bearing the name of the researcher are acceptable. Research protocols will not be processed where there are disparities in the names on research protocols and submitted electronic proofs of payment.
- Researchers submitting protocols for review should kindly note that it takes a MINIMUM of six weeks to complete the cycle of review of research protocols.
- The signature page must be appropriately signed by the researcher and supervisor (if required). This document should be scanned and uploaded separately to authenticate the submission. A document submitted without the appropriate signatures remain invalid and will not be processed further.
- Please DO NOT make multiple submissions for the SAME research protocol. To submit multiple documents multiple times, kindly use the "Add Discussion" link on each occasion, to generate an e-mail and attach the documents as required.
