Researchers should note that only a research protocol prepared on the HREC template bearing the OOUTH logo is acceptable.
Researchers are encouraged to monitor their e-mail boxes FREQUENTLY after submission of research protocols on this platform. The HREC will not be liable for unmet deadlines as a result of missed mails.
Researchers submitting protocols for review should kindly note that it takes a MINIMUM of six weeks to complete the cycle of review of research protocols.
The signature page must be appropriately signed by the researcher and supervisor (if required). This document should be scanned and uploaded separately to authenticate the submission. A document submitted without the appropriate signatures remain invalid and will not be processed further.
Please DO NOT make multiple submissions for the SAME research protocol. To submit multiple documents multiple times, kindly use the "Add Discussion" link on each occasion, to generate an e-mail and attach the documents as required.
